How do I book my event?

How much do you charge?

We charge the same amount regardless of event type for a standard hire Thursday-Monday. This includes our pole marquee, seating and tables for 40 people, flooring, lighting, heating, plus a choice of tableware, decor and props, as well as the first 50 miles of travel from our base in Aldbrough, East Yorks, which is £3450. Additional mileage is charged at £1 per mile for two return journeys.

We also offer completely bespoke packages tailor made for your event, using locally sourced vendors, please get in touch for a quote.

How can I find out what additional products I can include in my rental?

If you follow us on Facebook or Instagram we upload photos of each different item as we get more new stock. Before each rental we also send you a comprehensive list with photos of each item you’d like us to bring, simply check the box next to each item and we’ll make sure to include it.

When do you take payment?

We take half of the total at the time of booking to reserve the date, this is a non-refundable deposit as we then will ensure your date is removed from the calendar. The final part of the payment is due within three months of booking.

On the day of drop off a £500 breakages deposit is payable, this will be returned on collection with no damages. A breakdown of damage prices will be included in your rental agreement.

Where can I get inspiration for how to style the items I hire from you?

Keep an eye on our social media as we often include inspiration of what the space can look like. We will also be including some blog posts on our website coming soon explaining how to style certain products for your dream look.
